Our cozy vacation home, “Chalet Josi,” is located in Leutasch, in a quiet and sunny spot on a hill. The location offers a great starting point for your vacation activities in the Seefeld-Tyrol High Plateau region, both in summer and winter.

The “Chalet Josi” vacation home has only two vacation apartments and offers a personal atmosphere. Both apartments are comfortable and furnished in the Tyrolean style. One apartment measures 45 square meters and accommodates 2–3 people. It features a separate bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny south-facing terrace with views of the surrounding mountain panorama of the Leutasch Valley. The larger apartment, at 80 square meters, can comfortably accommodate 4–6 people. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet provide the comfort you deserve for your vacation in Leutasch. In this vacation apartment at Chalet Josi, you can enjoy views in every direction. The apartment features a wraparound balcony and terrace. Of course, you can use Wi-Fi for FREE. Upon request, fresh rolls will be delivered to you daily.

Relax in our spacious garden with a lawn for sunbathing and enjoy the idyllic location on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature. On a beautiful summer day, you’re also welcome to use the garden grill. Our younger guests are also well taken care of at the Chalet Josi apartment complex. In the garden, they can let off steam at the children’s playground, which features a ping-pong table, a swing, and a sandbox. Unwind in our spacious sauna area with a Finnish sauna. In the summer, you also have FREE admission to the ErlebnisWelt Alpenbad Leutasch. Take a walk and enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty of the Leutasch Valley. Start right at Chalet Josi and hike, for example, along the Besinnungsweg trail. Leutasch also has plenty to offer mountain bikers. The Gaistal Alpine Pasture Paradise is especially popular among mountain bikers. We’re happy to rent you bicycles and inline skates.
In winter, the Seefeld region is best known for its perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails. As our guest, you can use 271 km of cross-country ski trails for FREE. If you don’t feel like cross-country skiing, you can recharge your batteries with a leisurely winter hike through the snow-covered Leutasch Valley.
