Nordmarkstraße 15h is located in the northern part of Westerland. It is a high-quality new building constructed in the Frisian style, completed in 2011 (highest standard). The city center is approximately 900 meters away, and the beach is about 300 meters away. You have your own parking space, and from the apartment, you practically walk directly to the dune crossing. The apartment has its own garden and terrace with southwest orientation, providing sunshine from noon until evening. The apartment is very bright and friendly, equipped with luxurious amenities (e.g., motorized sofa for individual seating positions, unique paintings, ligne roset lamp).

There are 2 bedrooms available. A very large bedroom with a 2x2 meter king-size "Box-Spring" hotel bed with individual lighting of the rear bed wall and a spacious walk-in closet, and a smaller bedroom with a 1.6 x 2 meter comfort double bed (cold foam mattress) and a wardrobe.

All rooms have flat-screen HD TVs, and the living room also has a high-quality soundbar.

The apartment has a 16,000 internet connection (flat rate) with Wi-Fi, which is available to our guests without restrictions.

There is also a private modern sauna with a glass front in the apartment. This sauna is not shared with anyone; it is exclusively for this apartment.

The kitchen is a great SieMatic kitchen with a BOSCH stove (all common programs), BOSCH dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, microwave with grill, and extractor hood. A Senseo coffee pod machine is also available.

In the hallway, you will find a spacious wardrobe with a shoe cabinet.

The apartment also has a modern BOSCH washing machine.

For your suitcases and other items, the apartment has an extra storage room, where you will also find, among other things, an ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, etc.

The recycling center still visible on Google Maps next to the property is decommissioned!
