During the summer season, you’ll have your own beach chair available on the beach—reserved
just for you. This way, you can enjoy the Baltic Sea in complete relaxation, with protection from the wind, shade, and the best
view of the sea.
The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality BOSCH appliances: induction cooktop,
oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and coffee maker
are all provided, along with all the cooking and dining utensils you’ll need—cooking here is a
pleasure.
The bathroom on the upper floor features a spacious XL rain shower for a
true spa experience. In addition, there is a separate guest restroom on the first floor
available.
In both bedrooms, you’ll find COCO-MAT box-spring beds made from 100%
natural materials—for the ultimate in sleeping comfort and a restful night’s sleep.
The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired either: The furnished terrace invites you to
enjoy leisurely breakfasts or relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. The garden
offers space to play, relax, or simply take a deep breath—you might even hear
the sound of the ocean.

dryer are available in the basement, and there’s a lockable bike storage room. A private parking space with an
