Thank you for your review. We do not leave any food items or condiments in the condos for safety reasons. I am sorry the pilows were not to your liking. We understand that pillows, like mattresses, are each individual guest's preference. While we don’t have alternate mattresses in the condo we do have extra pillows in the condo and try to have some that are firmer and some that are softer.

Thank your feedback. I am sorry you did not like the look of the condo. It is exactly like the pictures. The condo recently got remodeled and all of the new furniture is from Restoration Hardware and Crate and Barrel. This does not look like your typical mountain condo because the owners have a more European modern style and that's how the choose to decorate it. The condo is accurately represented in the photos. The furniture is sleek, it is very comfortable and as a bonus, this condo has a washer and dryer in the unit.

Steve, Thank you for your review we appreciate all reviews, the nice ones, which almost all of our reviews are, the not nice ones and, believe it or not, even the ones that are far out there. It would have been better if you would have reported your perceived problem earlier in your stay but from the time you reported the problem we had our maintenance guy check it twice and each time the temp was within a normal range 65-70 degrees. We had Copper's maintenance check it, normal range. We had the association maintenance check it, normal range. I personally went in there and checked it (and I know less than any of the maintenance people) and it was about 68 degrees. We had the condo checked 5 times over two days by 4 different parties and they all said it was working normally. The guest that checked out the day you arrived had no issues with the heat. The guest who arrived the day you departed had no issues with the heat. The heating in not just Copper one, but all of the buildings in the Center Village, is included in the association dues and the boilers are maintained by the association. The condos do not have A/C if it is 68 in the condo and you set the heat to 65 it won't come on, if you set the heat to 55 it won't come on, if you turn it all the way down to 45 it still won't come on it doesn't matter how low you turn the heat. The heat is just heat not heat and A/C. When your condo is surrounded above, below and on each side by eight other condos that most likely have their heat in the mid 70's it is reasonable to assume that your heat will stay in the mid 60's. I sincerely apologize, just like I did when you called, that cracking the window and letting in the subzero night air didn't cool off the room enough for you. Even though nobody called you a liar and I went out of my way to say that I believed you, as if sending out people 5 different times wasn't proof enough, you still persisted after you left. While in the condo we did note the massive amounts of alcohol, we also noted the vomit after you departed and the odor of other substances that were mostly covered up by the vomit smell coming from the pile of bedding in the bathroom. Maybe some of your choices combined with the higher altitude caused you discomfort and we really can't control that. We make no judgement, and believe you that you were uncomfortable, but we just couldn't find anything wrong with the heating system.
