Each unit features a balcony or terrace with access to the garden. Some offer ocean views; others have a wood-burning stove. Living areas range from approximately 40 square meters to 91 square meters. Built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, the Strandvilla is virtually perfect for a relaxing vacation and also offers our guests traveling with dogs high-quality, well-equipped apartments. An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car right next to the building. Laundry packages with bed linens and towels can be booked upon request for a fee. You’ll be staying within walking distance of the center of Boltenhagen.

This stylish balcony apartment is located on the mezzanine level of the building. It has a living area of approximately 40 square meters. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The living-dining area is tastefully furnished and features a sofa that can be converted into a sleeper sofa, providing a third sleeping spot. There is also a dining table and a TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The separate kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals: a two-burner stove, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more make it easy to prepare simple vacation meals. From the living room, you can access the seasonally furnished balcony facing northwest.
A separate, cozy bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) ensures restful nights. The apartment includes a brightly tiled shower room with a sink and toilet.
