Turmhaus am Königssee - Cozy vacation home with mountain views & top location

Welcome to the Turmhaus—your cozy retreat right next to Lake Königssee! This lovingly designed vacation home offers a unique living experience in its 60 square meters and is perfect for families. The Turmhaus spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a sofa area and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. The rear bedroom in the charming turret offers a very special atmosphere but is accessible only through the front bedroom. Between the bedrooms is a small passageway with open closet space, as well as a separate half-bath with a sink. One of the bedrooms also features a TV. A special highlight is the private furnished terrace, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Hoher Göll and the Jenner. Whether it’s a relaxing breakfast outdoors or a convivial barbecue evening—here you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. On the spacious property, children can run around freely while parents relax on the lawn. Sun loungers, a playground, a ping-pong table, and a small fitness room with a foosball table are available to all guests free of charge. In winter, sleds are even provided. Two electric vehicle charging stations, as well as a washer and dryer (including detergent), are available for a fee. Two free parking spaces right next to the house round out the amenities.

The location couldn’t be better: The Jennerbahn valley station is practically right on your doorstep and takes you to one of the region’s most beautiful hiking areas. Boats to the famous St. Bartholomä pilgrimage church on Lake Königssee also depart from the immediate vicinity. Numerous hiking trails begin right at the house. Restaurants, a bus stop, and shopping are all within walking distance. In winter, a cross-country ski trail runs through the entire municipality, just a three-minute walk away. The Jenner is known as a popular destination for mountain hikers in both summer and winter. In the immediate vicinity of the house, you’ll find many amenities and facilities, such as restaurants, a bus stop, the Haus des Gastes, a graduation tower with a Kneipp facility, and shopping options. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and relax on the large lawn in the beautiful garden. In winter, a cross-country ski trail that winds through the entire municipality is just a 3-minute walk away!
