Newly renovated teacher's house in an exclusive location

In the Ehlbeck district of the municipality of Rehlingen—near a horse farm—we purchased two adjacent houses in 2023, which we completely renovated and partially expanded in 2024. Originally, the houses were used as a teacher’s residence and an elementary school, and later as a preschool—surrounded by a beautiful, spacious lot in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village, with views of green meadows and forests.

Bed linens and a towel set per person are provided, as well as a set of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper, plus a starter set of firewood (additional supplies available for purchase).
You’ll also enjoy the stylish and elaborately designed interior with many thoughtful details. Beautiful hiking trails begin right behind the small village of Ehlbeck, and the Rehrhofer Heide is just a 10-minute walk away.

Up to five supermarkets, a pharmacy, a drugstore, doctors’ offices, restaurants, and the “Waldbad” are located in nearby Amelinghausen (7 km). You can go horseback riding at the Glockenhof, also in Amelinghausen, or in nearby Rehrhof (1 km). Our Gut Thansen is located 5 km away and offers fine dining (opening hours upon request).
A small playground (for children up to 10 years old) is nearby (100 m); it takes only 16 minutes to reach the attractions in Bispingen, and only 25 minutes to drive to historic Lüneburg.
