You reach the first floor via an outdoor staircase. This floor is equipped with three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and the other two with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) each. All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, one of which has a whirlpool bath. There is also an additional guest toilet, another living/dining area with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered terrace of around 40 sqm. From the large, covered terrace you have a beautiful sea view.
