Apartment No. 43 on the 2nd floor (approx. 40 sqm) features 1 living room with a sleeper sofa, sideboard, dining area, and access to the balcony; 1 kitchen (open to the living room); 1 bedroom with a closet; 1 hallway with a coat rack, mirror, and built-in closet; 1 bathroom with a shower.
° The apartment can accommodate 3 adults (plus one toddler under 3 years old)
° The apartment is equipped with cable TV, DSL, Wi-Fi, a CD player/radio, blackout curtains, and TVs in the living room and
bedroom.
° The north-facing balcony offers an unobstructed view of the parking lot.
° The built-in kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop with convection oven, stove/microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes.
To avoid unpleasant odors for subsequent guests, frying fish and seafood in the apartment is not permitted.
° With the exception of the bathroom, the entire apartment is fitted with designer vinyl flooring.
