Luksuriøst renoveret Villa på øverste etage ved havet. Fantastisk udsigt over havet fra hvert værelse. Dobbelt master suit Villa med hvælvede / katedral lofter. Se solen stige / gå ned fra indpakningen omkring dækket. Direkte adgang til stranden, gåafstand til 3 ~ 4-stjernede restauranter, 2 mesterskabs 18-hullers golfbaner, state of the art praksisfacilitet, 2 pools ved havet, motionscenter, Marina, Ridecenter (strandture), Tenniskompleks og charmerende centrum af Charleston a kort køretur. Ikke alle atrium er skabt lige, både med hensyn til interiør, men også ~ HVOR VILLAEN LIGGER I BYGNINGEN !!! Denne villa er en UPSTAIRS udvidet endeenhed i modsætning til en indvendig eller tilbagetrukket endeenhed. Årsagen til at dette er vigtigt ~ PRIVACY !!! Med de tilbagetrukne endeenheder, når folk går op / ned ad trappen, kan de se lige ud på dækket og ind i begge soveværelser. What a wonderful and relaxing trip! We loved our stay here and the location couldn’t have been better! The condo was clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony were amazing. We appreciated the “extras” that were included (dishwasher tabs, tide pods) as well as the 4 beach loungers on the balcony! Would definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We very much appreciated the views over the water and the easy access to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The villa was clean and fresh with some really lovely accents like the stained-glass windows in the master bedroom and THE most adorable painting of a dog. The directions provided were concise and very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular View and excellent owner!

The view was perfect! The owner was so helpful in every way. She added many extra touches to make you feel right at home! She was there to help with any question. Definitely will visit again.

This Atrium villa has a wonderful view of both the ocean and the Edisto river. Terrific location and the owner is so wonderful to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Perfect spot on Seabrook Island

Perfect weather, perfect rental for our family of 5 (including 3 x 20 aged children). Location just doesn’t get any better, directly across from Seabrook Island Club (pool), the beach….everything w/in a few seconds walk! Condo was Very Nicely appointed, everything in working order which made our stay that much easier! Owner was always very responsive and helpful! Very easy to communicate with and work with!! Rating: 10

We loved Sea Brook Island! Very quiet resort with great amenities close by! A lot to do, the beach and pool were close and never too crowded, loved the work out facility, rode bikes on the beach, great restaurants and shopping close. We will return!!

Beautiful villa and prime location

The villa is ideal for a beachfront location. Close to the pool and beach. The views cannot be beat. The villa was clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to live comfortably. The owner was so accommodating and shared special event info. You know this owner wants her guests to have a great vacation.

The perfect place!

We love this property! Have stayed here numerous times and it’s AMAZING every time. It’s the perfect location. Great access to beach and pool. Elevator is awesome for loading and unloading everything. Perfect views and wonderful balcony to enjoy. Will stay here again for sure! I can’t say enough great things about this place and highly recommend!

We had a great time and did not want to leave. The condo was wonderful. We have stayed at many places on Seabrook but this was by far the best and the only place we will ever stay.

Really nice property

Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Condo was very clean with perfect access to the pool & beach. The patio gave us full view of beach, pool, and ocean. Communication prior to our visit & during the week was responded to very promptly. Pretty sure this is the best 2br villa on Seabrook Island.

Excellent top floor villa with a corner deck that gets both sunrise and sunset views. Steps to the beach where you enter as the Edisto River meets to the Atlantic Ocean. Open the windows and you hear the surf.

Beautiful Villa with Great Views of the Ocean

Pet friendly, Nice, clean villa with great views. The pool is right across the street with a sandy area for the kids. We had such a great time shelling, swimming, fishing and spending time on the big spacious deck. Linda was great to work with and I highly recommend this lovely villa. Dream Vacation - Highly Recommend!

From finding this condo, to every communication with Linda, the manager, to experiencing a beautiful vacation in every sense, we highly praise and recommend to everyone who might be considering booking! The island itself is beyond expectations with it's natural charm and white sands. The condo is exceptional and more than what we expected from the wonderful pictures shown online. This condo is impeccably kept and the deck views are amazing! We felt spoiled and can't wait to return (have already booked our next two trips with them!)

Born and raised in Ohio. Lived in the Cleveland area and now reside in Dublin. I purchased the property in 2014 and my Mom is retired and manages all the Villa rentals. You are dealing with the owners when renting our property.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

My Mom and I traveled to the island in 2012 and stayed at the Atrium Villas and loved the convenience to the amenities on the Island. The island is pet friendly, the beaches are beautiful and not crowded. I purchased a villa after vacationing only four times. Everyone on the Island is so friendly and welcoming. The views at the villa are spectacular sunrise to sunset. The night sky is filled with stars. We hope you will consider staying with us.

Parking in a shaded garage area directly beneath the property. Elevators are available. The extended deck offers privacy and shaded areas.
