The view from the balcony of the town of Krk and the sparkling blue sea is particularly beautiful and worth highlighting. Take a break from the all-too-hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy the view! Whether from the dining table on the balcony, the dining table in the kitchen-diner, or even from the cozy couch, you’ll be treated to a view you’ll always fondly remember. You can enjoy breakfast at sunrise and dinner at sunset or under a starry sky.

There is a parking space directly in front of the house, where bicycles can also be parked.
The distance to the beach, the town center, shopping options (e.g., bakery, butcher, fish market, pharmacy), numerous restaurants, and the nearest ATMs is approximately 600 meters in each case. By car, you can reach the commercial district with various larger grocery stores within 5 minutes.
We recommend bringing your own bicycles or renting them to explore the island and its wonderful beaches. Especially during the early and late seasons, it’s a great idea to actively explore the island by bike or on foot along the many hiking trails, including the Camino Krk (Way of St. James). During peak season, cyclists can always find a parking spot—just a suggestion. You should definitely visit places like Malinska, with its incredibly beautiful Paradise Trail, and the “lost place,” the Haluvodo Palace Hotel.
The small town of Vrbnik, for example, is known for its golden-yellow Zhlahtina wine; above the village lies a 120-hectare vineyard. Vrbnik is perched on a cliff nearly 50 meters high that plunges into the sea. The narrowest street in the world can be found in Vrbnik.
Every town on Krk is truly worth seeing: Punat with its large marina and the Kosljun Monastery, Baska with the largest pebble beach, and many other charming places.
We recommend booking one of the many boat tours offered in the port of Krk to see the island from the sea. Excursions to the surrounding islands, such as Cres or Raab, are also possible thanks to the ferry service. For amateur captains, there’s the option to rent a boat, for example, in the port of Krk.
We wish you a pleasant stay and hope you’ll have fond memories of our apartment, the island, and, of course, the friendly islanders.
