The Ulmenschlösschen blends seamlessly into the impressive spa architecture of Kühlungsborn and delights numerous guests every year. Just about 300 meters away is Strandstraße, the lively promenade of Kühlungsborn East. The complex features coin-operated washers, coin-operated dryers, and a bike storage room (subject to availability). Each vacation apartment has its own free outdoor parking space right next to the building.

COZY 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT AT ULMENSCHLÖSSCHEN WITH A SMALL TERRACE
Our lovingly furnished Vacation Apartment 02 offers a cozy home for up to four people across 50 m². This modern 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of the Ulmenschlößchen vacation complex.
It features an inviting living room with an integrated kitchenette, two cozy bedrooms, and a stylish bathroom. A special highlight is the south-facing terrace overlooking the street, which you can access directly from the bedroom—perfect for starting your day with a cup of coffee while enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.

In the living area, you’ll find a cozy leather couch with a spacious ottoman, perfect for relaxing. Entertainment is provided by a large flat-screen TV with cable, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player. The adjacent dining area, featuring a stylish wooden table and four chairs, offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The open kitchenette is fully equipped so you can feel completely at home even while on vacation. Amenities include a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a mini-oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pod machine, a kettle, and a toaster are also provided.

Two comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights. The master bedroom features a generous double bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two cozy single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm), a closet, and a flat-screen TV as well. Pleated blinds on the windows provide privacy and protection from prying eyes.

The stylish bathroom offers modern amenities, including a walk-in rain shower (120 x 90 cm), a sink, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a built-in bathroom radio. A towel warmer provides pleasant warmth.

The entire apartment features high-quality vinyl flooring and impresses with its tasteful, modern furnishings. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.

SPECIAL FEATURES
To ensure a relaxing start to your vacation, a linen package is included—the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. In addition, you’ll have one cozy bath towel and one hand towel per person, as well as dish towels and a bath mat for the apartment. All utilities—such as electricity, water, and heat—are already included in the rental price, so you won’t have to worry about anything else during your stay.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

The apartment comes with its own outdoor parking space (No. 2). Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the communal bike shed (space subject to availability). In addition, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the complex’s common area.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
