You can look forward to a gorgeous, comfortable, and very modern loft apartment with a south-facing balcony that offers privacy. The vacation apartment is located on the first floor, measures 85 m², and is accessed via a separate outdoor staircase. Its exceptional ambiance is created by the magnificent view of the open sky. Enjoy a getaway where you can find peace and let your creativity flourish. Our vacation rental features a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200) and satellite TV. There is also a small bedroom with two single beds (90x200). This room is accessible via an interior staircase. The open-concept kitchen area includes a dining area and a kitchenette. It is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. The living area features a cozy couch and a TV. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom includes a sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub with a whirlpool function, as well as a washer and dryer. There is also a separate toilet. Our vacation rental is located in the idyllic town of Gunzenhausen, right on the shore of Lake Altmühl. With over 800 km of biking and hiking trails, a freely accessible bird island in the nature reserve, and numerous fishing opportunities, the Franconian Lake District offers ideal conditions for nature lovers and active vacationers. For dog lovers, there is a dedicated dog beach with play equipment, and a separate nude beach is also available. For your excursions in the surrounding area, we’re happy to provide two mountain bikes free of charge. Experience relaxation and pure nature—we look forward to your visit! A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. Payment is made via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed, for a fee of 8.00 EUR per pet per night. Please be sure to let us know when booking if you will be bringing a dog (maximum 1). The fee for this must be paid in cash on-site. The visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Use of the washing machine and dryer costs 5.00 EUR per use.
