This beautiful house, just a two-minute walk from the Rhine, is the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with family, friends, or a group. It’s located in the heart of the “Upper Middle Rhine Valley,” an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Way of St. James runs right past here, and the bus—which departs almost right outside the door—takes you to downtown Koblenz in about 10 minutes. A bakery, a delicious ice cream shop, restaurants, and a nice, large playground are just around the corner. If you have bicycles with you, you can lock them up separately in the porch (please let us know in advance).
The vacation home has three levels: First floor: living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest restroom. There’s also a pull-out couch here that sleeps two.
First floor: Master bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a second bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed, and a large bathroom with a shower.
Second floor: A bedroom with a 1.60-meter bed, a living area with a children’s play area, another pull-out couch for two people, and another large bathroom.
There is also a small outdoor area, approximately 15 meters by 2.50 meters. It’s small but nice, though it’s really only meant for things like smoking. It’s a bit too small for barbecuing or seating 10 people outside. There’s also a boiler room where you can store and lock up bicycles.
After booking, I’ll send you a code for the key safe. The entrance is completely self-contained and private. My contact information and other great tips on places to visit are also provided in the vacation home’s booklet.
