The picturesque Darß Forest and the national park are also very close by. You can reach Prerow’s North Beach in about 15 minutes by car or in about 30 minutes by bike. An organic farmers’ market featuring regional delicacies takes place nearby from May through October. A perfect home for an enjoyable vacation.

Ground Floor
The first floor features an open-concept living and kitchen area that’s perfect for cooking together and cozy get-togethers., Whether on the sofa by the fireplace or on the bright veranda. A stylish bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a modern bathroom with a freestanding tub, shower, and toilet complete this floor and provide additional comfort.

Upper Floor
On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with double beds (160 cm and 140 cm), one of which has an extra TV. A bright loft room with a desk also gives you the opportunity to work in a relaxed setting even while on vacation. This floor is rounded out by another bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outdoor Area
On the spacious, natural property, a sunny terrace with high-quality patio furniture invites you to linger —perfect for relaxing in the morning or a summer barbecue in the evening. Two parking spaces are also available. The garden is fully fenced and ideal for families with children or guests with dogs.

Accessible Design
The first floor of the house is designed to be step-free. The living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are all accessible at ground level. The shower is wheelchair-accessible, making the house well-suited for guests who place a high value on comfort and accessibility.
