‘Valencia’ Vacation with Sea Views, Private Pool, and Wi-Fi

- Maximum 4 guests. No visitors, unregistered guests, or gatherings of people who have not checked in on the reservation are allowed at any time during the stay.

- Events and parties are not permitted.

- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm; loud music is not allowed at any time.

- No diving into the pool; pool hours are from 7 am to 9 pm.

- Nudism is not allowed.



The apartment, approximately 150 m², features two bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a terrace, plus 150 m² of garden. It is located on the lower level of a four-story house. With views of the Atlantic, you will enjoy stunning panoramas. The lounge-style living room is enclosed and equipped with a 75-inch TV, access to streaming platforms, high-quality sound, two sofas for 3-4 people, and two large, comfortable armchairs. The dining area has a table for up to eight, located in the garden next to the kitchen. There are both covered and open terraces.



The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.



There are two bedrooms: one at garden level with a small bathroom and shower, and a larger bedroom downstairs (separated by stairs) with a bed, a sofa bed, and a spacious shower bathroom.



Free street parking is available in a very quiet, low-traffic area. Dogs (maximum 2) are allowed for an extra fee per pet. Cats are not allowed. Smoking is permitted. The property has guidelines for proper waste separation; more information is provided on site. The accommodation features energy and water-saving measures.
