ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
A light-filled, newly furnished 3-room apartment on two floors—with its own private entrance and a beautiful, new Mediterranean-style terrace, a grill, free parking, a washing machine, and much more…
In front of the apartment, there is a private, free parking spot and plenty of space to park bicycles or similar items. The quietly located apartment is accessed through a private entrance. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with comfortable 180x200 double beds and plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothing, as well as a bathroom (toilet) with a washing machine. On the lower floor, there is another bathroom with a shower. The large living/dining area is perfect for cooking up a storm and relaxing with friends and family. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more—microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils, etc. A large sofa is perfect for relaxing—whether for quiet reading sessions or a cozy evening watching TV. You can enjoy wonderful moments in the large outdoor area surrounding the house and on the fantastic sun terrace. From morning to evening, the apartment is beautifully bathed in natural light. Wake up to the morning sun and fall asleep to the fabulous sunset over the lake. The apartment was partially renovated in 2025 and completely refurnished and redesigned with great care. The terrace was completely rebuilt. We’re very much looking forward to your visit!

ABOUT THE SURROUNDINGS:
The vacation rental is located in the charming little village of Wangen am See, which is situated on the Höri Peninsula on the western shore of Lake Constance. The water here is very clean and clear. The lake is an 8-minute walk away (700 m). There is a small park, a well-maintained beach with good food, the beautiful harbor, and two restaurants. A pharmacy, a butcher shop, and a garden center are also located in the village; the nearest supermarket (Lidl) is 3 km away, and a bakery is 5 km away. The historic town of Stein am Rhein (Switzerland) is 6 km away—definitely worth a visit. The beautiful town of Radolfzell is 17 km away; here you can go shopping to your heart’s content or enjoy a bit of city charm over a delicious cup of coffee. Other larger cities in the area include Schaffhausen, Singen, and Konstanz. The surrounding area has plenty to offer—especially in terms of scenery! On the Schienerberg (right next door), you can hike amid picturesque views and then cool off in the refreshing waters of Lake Constance. Great hikes and bike rides can start right from the apartment.
