The Space
Nestled in the hills of Alcobaça, our picturesque 1.7-hectare property is a beautifully renovated farm featuring 5 individual villas perched on a distinctive hillside with 360° views of the surrounding vineyards and nature. It boasts its own creek, a few rows of vineyards, an apple orchard, olive and fruit trees, mountain views, and a small forest—all of which create the impression that you’re in a remote countryside setting, even though most essentials and city amenities are just minutes away.
The Mountain View villa is a charming two-bedroom, 48 m² home with rustic charm, featuring high wooden ceilings and traditional terracotta tiles.
The country-style kitchen provides everything you need to prepare any meal, as well as a round table that seats up to 4 guests. A sliding glass door leads to the private patio, inviting the outdoors inside. The view is nothing short of beautiful: step outside onto your private patio, surrounded by stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or stargazing at night, this space offers tranquility.
There’s a dedicated enclosed garden area with grass, perfect for relaxing or watching your young children play on the grass. Picture yourself lounging with a book or playing with your children while taking in the views of the hills. The larger bedroom features a queen-size bed and a floor-to-ceiling window that opens onto another small patio with garden views; the smaller bedroom has two single beds. The naturally lit bathroom is modern and features an Italian-style walk-in shower, adding a touch of contemporary comfort.
The villa has air conditioning that can cool or heat as needed. We provide bed linens and bath towels for our guests (guests should bring their own beach towels for the pool).
You have access to all the beautiful outdoor areas of the Quinta—whether you’re cooling off on the pool deck, strolling through our small forest, or simply relaxing in a hammock under the old oak tree—all while enjoying complete privacy within your villa. This 3-bedroom villa is perfect whether you’re a couple, a family with kids, or a group of friends.

Hammocks under the old cork tree: Picture yourself swaying gently in a hammock, the dappled sunlight filtering through the leaves. Perhaps you’re reading a book or simply soaking in the tranquility. The cork tree, with its rugged bark and ancient presence, adds to the charm.
Large white round table under the gazebo: Gather here with friends or family. The shade of the gazebo shields you from the sun, creating a perfect spot for conversation, laughter, and shared moments. Maybe you’re sipping wine, glasses clinking, as you discuss the day’s adventures.
Morning coffee at the side table: Early risers will appreciate this. Imagine stepping out onto the pool terrace, the air crisp, and savoring that first cup of coffee after a morning swim. The world is waking up around you—the birds are singing, and a new day is dawning.
And as the sun sets, the pool area transforms. The water reflects the changing colors of the sky, and you might choose to take an evening swim.
