Welcome to this tastefully furnished 2-room vacation apartment with approx. 46 m² of living space for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and is easily accessible by elevator.

In the entryway of the apartment, you can hang your jackets on the coat rack. Straight ahead through the hallway, you’ll find a combined living room and bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a cozy corner sofa, a large wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The separate bedroom is furnished with a pull-out bunk bed (160x200 cm). This room can be darkened with pleated blinds, ensuring you get a well-deserved night’s sleep during your vacation. The well-equipped kitchen with an induction stove features a cozy dining area where you can enjoy meals together. The brightly tiled, interior bathroom with a bathtub offers ample storage space for your bath essentials. On the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sunset. Here you’ll find a modern apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Wi-Fi is included for your use.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and countryside views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
