The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac yet remains centrally located with all shopping amenities nearby. A parking space and cable TV with DVB-T are also available. An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right in front of the house. You can store bicycles here in the garden. There is an e-bike charging station on the patio. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
