You’ll find a modern and stylishly furnished 2-room vacation apartment just a few meters from the beach. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and, at approximately 46 m², is suitable for up to 4 people.

The combined living and sleeping area is bright and comfortably furnished. Amenities include a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a cozy corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The subtle, indirect lighting gives this area a particularly cozy atmosphere. The separate, modern kitchen with a dining table for 4 people is fully equipped. The oven, located at counter height, is particularly convenient. The bright, interior bathroom is perfectly complemented by the large, walk-in shower. The separate bedroom features a cozy bunk bed (each 70x200 cm) and an additional flat-screen TV. The furnished balcony with a side view of the sea guarantees you many pleasant hours. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
