Take the elevator to conveniently reach the 2nd floor and your vacation home. The hallway leads straight into the living and dining area with access to the furnished balcony. The living area features a cozy sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. A dining table with enough space for 4 people is also provided. The small kitchen is located in a room adjacent to the living area and is well-equipped with, for example, an induction stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The separate bedroom with a window is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 80x200 cm) and a TV. Pleated blinds on the windows provide privacy at night. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. For the bicycles you bring with you, there is a bicycle parking area in the underground garage and a lockable bicycle storage room. For general use, a bicycle storage room as well as a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement of the apartment complex. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
