Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

This comfortable 4-room apartment spans 2 floors, measures approximately 90 m², and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is furnished in a modern, tasteful, and stylish manner.

There are three bedrooms available, two of which are equipped with a double bed (each 2x 90x200 cm), and one with a small double bed (140x200 cm). Blackout pleated blinds in all bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. The large, modern bathroom features a shower and also includes a bathtub. The bright, light-filled living room features a modern and cozy sofa set, a DVD player, and an LCD TV. Here you can wind down in the evenings with some good music or an exciting movie. The open kitchenette, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a large dining table here that seats up to 6 people. From this room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which faces the sun and features comfortable lounge furniture—so nothing stands in the way of enjoying those balmy, starry evenings outdoors. A staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find one of the three bedrooms, as well as another shower room.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. This vacation home has Wi-Fi. You can rent bicycles at the house (subject to availability). There is a shared storage area in front of the house for bicycles you bring with you.
