An oasis of well-being—spend the best time of the year in this top-class vacation home: Located in the newly built Im Sonnengarten residential complex, this stylish ground-floor vacation apartment spans approximately 77 m² and features 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, along with a furnished terrace.

The apartment features a spacious open-concept living/dining area with a TV, a cozy sofa set, and a wood-burning stove that invites you to enjoy cozy moments by the crackling fire.
The modern, adjoining, and fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want, including a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, among other appliances.
One bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (approx. 180x200 cm) and an additional TV; the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm). A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge for the little ones.
The spacious bathroom, featuring a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and sauna, offers warmth and relaxation even on colder days. A guest restroom rounds out the amenities.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available. An underground parking space is reserved for you (maximum clearance height 2 m, steep entrance; not suitable for VW buses or similar vehicles). You’re welcome to store your bicycles in the lockable outdoor storage room, or you can use the lockable basement room, which has a charging station for your e-bikes. A convenient bonus is the passenger elevator in the building!

Would you like to bring your dog along on vacation? One dog is welcome to stay here for an additional fee per night.
