It’s located in the Kaiserhof residential park—the beach is just about 65 meters away. The bright living area stands out with its chic, perfectly color-coordinated furnishings. The stylish upholstered furniture invites you to relax in front of the TV. At night, the sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed (approx. 160x212 cm) if needed. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious, covered terrace (12 m²), which faces the sea and offers a stunning view of the greenery. Here, you’ll be well protected—not just when the sun is shining. This is sure to become your new favorite spot. Back in the living area: The modern kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, has an open layout and is so well-equipped that it’s sure to put a smile on any home cook’s face. A counter serves as a room divider, creating a cozy atmosphere. There’s a small dining nook by the windows. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (2x 90x200 cm), a built-in closet, and an additional TV. The comfortable, barrier-free bathroom with a window, walk-in shower, towel warmer, and makeup mirror promises a wonderful start to the day.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. In addition, a bicycle storage room (in the basement) as well as a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for your use. Wi-Fi, a high chair, a travel crib, and an e-bike charging station are also provided.
