In the cozy living area, you can't only enjoy entertaining moments, for example in front of the TV, but also set up a cozy place to sleep on the sleeper sofa (approx. 150x200 cm sleeping surface). The separate kitchen is modern and comfortably equipped, featuring a 4-burner induction stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. In the large double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) in the bedroom, you can sink into the pillows, and a wardrobe provides ample storage space for your clothes. There’s also a TV here. The naturally lit bathroom leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a walk-in shower, heated floors and towel racks, and a hair dryer. Balcony and rooftop terrace: In this apartment, you have two opportunities to breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air and enjoy the view. In the large beach chair, you can put your feet up and relax while browsing through your favorite book. Free Wi-Fi is available.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. clearance height 1.95 m). Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a lockable bike storage room, subject to availability (max. 4 bicycles). Take the elevator conveniently up to the top floor.
