At night, the sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people (160x200 cm). The wall unit offers an additional sleeping option with a large, fold-out double bed (2x 90x200 cm). The open kitchen is equipped with many amenities and is perfect for cooking together, or you can take advantage of the wide range of dining options in the area. Enjoy plenty of sunshine on the spacious, furnished southwest-facing terrace overlooking the garden. A modern, brightly tiled shower room rounds out the amenities of this vacation rental.

An outdoor parking space next to the house (approx. 250 x 500 cm) is reserved for you. A bicycle storage room is available for any bikes you bring, and a crib is provided free of charge in the apartment for younger guests.
