This 5-room vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 9 people, is located in a new building! Look forward to a spacious vacation home in the basement level with a terrace and approximately 120 m² of living space in a prime location in Neustadt. It’s just 600 m to the marina.

The heart of the Familienkoje Marina is the cozy, open living area—there’s plenty of space here for cooking, eating, playing, or snuggling on the sofa. In the modern kitchen, cooking is a pleasure even on vacation, and you can decide for yourself whether to enjoy your meal at the spacious dining table or on the terrace overlooking the garden. At night, every guest can retreat to their own private space, as there are four bedrooms inviting you to dream and relax. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a closet, and a TV. The third bedroom features a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm) and a closet. The fourth large bedroom delights our younger guests in particular with a fire truck-themed bed (90x200 cm), as well as two additional single beds (each 90x200 cm) and plenty of space to play. Two bathrooms with showers ensure a stress-free morning routine, so everyone can start the day feeling relaxed.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. For our younger guests, 2 high chairs and a travel crib are included. A shared bike storage room and a private storage room are available for bicycles you bring with you.

The rental price is for up to 6 people; an additional fee per night will be charged for each additional person.

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.
