This unique vacation home is located directly behind the dike. Spanning two floors and offering approximately 100 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 4 people for the perfect Baltic Sea vacation.

The layout of this modern vacation home has been perfectly adapted to its fantastic location. A staircase leads you to the open, light-filled living area on the first floor. The kitchen, with its spacious dining area positioned in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, invites you to cook, eat, and spend quality family time together. A cozy TV area with a sofa blends charmingly into the space. On the large wooden rooftop terrace, you can enjoy many hours of sunshine—a seating area for meals, an electric grill, and a rustic wooden bench invite you to linger.
There is also a guest restroom on the upper floor.
In the evening, you can retreat to one of the two bedrooms on the first floor to relax —these are furnished with a double bed (approx. 160x200 cm) and two single beds pushed together (90x200 cm each). You’ll also find the naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower here, where you can start your day feeling refreshed. An absolute highlight of this vacation home is the on-site sauna.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Thanks to the washing machine provided, you can pack lighter for your vacation.

Numerous recreational activities, such as the climbing park at Lensterstrand, the golf club, or the Grömitzer Welle, are located in the immediate vicinity.
