The small apartment stands out for its well-thought-out layout: In the front area, you’ll find a bright dining nook and two cozy armchairs, right across from the open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite meals here or try out new recipes. In the back area of the living/bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm) awaits you for a wonderful night’s sleep. You can also set up a crib here. A sideboard with a TV serves as a room divider, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The modern shower room with a towel warmer and separate toilet ensures a great start to your day.

An outdoor parking space is available at the house, subject to availability. All guests at the property are welcome to use the large communal garden. A high chair is included here.
