Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments Service Office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

The 3-room “Traumsicht Laboe” apartment is located in the first row directly on the beach promenade, right next to the fine sandy beach. The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors (2 levels) and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.

From the living room and the furnished balcony, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Laboe Beach, the Kiel Fjord, and all the way to Kiel Bay. The apartment is laid out as follows: On the 3rd floor, you enter the hallway with a coat closet and a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. Continuing on, you enter the combined living/dining and kitchen area. Here you’ll find a modern kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave.

In the open-concept living and dining area, which adjoins the kitchenette, you’ll find a dining table with four chairs, a modern corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD/radio player. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony with a unique view of the beach and the fjord. From here, you can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach promenade and at the beach, as well as the boat traffic. In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Adjacent to the living and dining area is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). The spacious bathroom next to it is equipped with a large vanity with a panoramic mirror, a shower stall, and a toilet. It has been completely renovated and offers state-of-the-art amenities.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where another bedroom is located. This bedroom also features a double bed (160x200 cm), a closet, a dresser, and another flat-screen TV. There is also a single loft bed for children, which they can reach via a small ladder.
