With a total area of 125 m², this vacation home spans two floors and can accommodate up to 12 people—ideal for families, friends, or larger groups. If you’re a larger group or company, you can also book the second half of the duplex, “Liv.” Since the houses are connected by a door, you can quickly accommodate up to 20 people. The terrace can also be divided.

The semi-detached house has a total of six rooms, including five bedrooms that offer a comfortable sleeping environment. In addition, there are three bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers and modern plumbing fixtures. One of the bathrooms is equipped with an infrared sauna, perfect for a relaxing day of wellness.

The open-concept kitchen, which blends seamlessly into the living area, combines functionality and style. Equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double convection fryer, and a coffee maker, it meets all your cooking needs.
