The 41 m² apartment features a well-equipped, modern kitchen with all the amenities, which flows seamlessly into the cozy living area. Here, you can indulge in culinary delights and relax to your heart’s content. The cozy atmosphere continues on the sunny terrace, where you can wind down your vacation days surrounded by nature and fresh air.
The spacious bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a sleeper sofa, invites you to enjoy restful nights. A TV in the bedroom allows you to unwind before bedtime or enjoy a quiet breakfast in the morning.
The apartment is located on the first floor of Building B in the exclusive residence on Lake Balmer.

A wellness oasis and pure relaxation:
Enjoy free access to our 150-square-meter wellness area on the first floor of Building A, which features three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area to ensure your well-being.
