This charming home spans two floors and, with its 150 m² of comfortable living space and 1,000 m² lot, offers endless possibilities. The house offers plenty of space with its large fenced-in garden and two terraces—plenty of room to unwind, relax, play, and simply feel at ease for up to six adults. In this dream retreat, you’ll find a place where you can confidently leave the stress of everyday life behind. The renovated bathroom villa features individually decorated rooms and spaces. The design is rustic and cozy, inspired by the Scandinavian country house style.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

Your temporary home away from home:
The living room becomes the heart of your time together. Whether you’re relaxing on the sofa or in the rustic armchairs in front of the wood-burning stove, or watching an exciting movie on the large flat-screen TV. From the living room, you also have access to a fully enclosed veranda featuring a cozy daybed—the ideal spot for reading or as a playroom for children.
A highlight of the villa is the glass-enclosed sunroom adjoining the living room, featuring an open kitchen, a large wooden table, and heated floors. From the sunroom, you step out onto a wooden deck with another large dining table. Nothing stands in the way of wonderful evenings, even if it gets a bit cooler in the spring or fall.
The first floor also features one of three bedrooms, furnished with a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and another flat-screen TV.
A spacious bathroom features a shower and a separate toilet.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The XXL family box-spring bed (2.80 m x 2.00 m) in one of the two rooms becomes a play and dream space for the whole family. Whether arranged side-by-side, end-to-end, or in a striped pattern—there’s plenty of room here for all the cuddle lovers and pajama wearers. In addition to a comfortable double box-spring bed, the second bedroom has its own small balcony overlooking the garden. The spacious bathroom on this floor features a toilet, two sinks, and a modern freestanding bathtub.
