Our lovingly furnished vacation rental offers you 41 square meters of pure coziness—perfect for two adults. An additional child can sleep comfortably on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

This small but charming oasis of tranquility on the first floor delights with a direct view of the adjacent nature reserve. On the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent natural surroundings to the fullest, listening to the gentle lapping of the backwaters or the soft rustling of the trees—all while sipping your first cup of coffee in the midst of this peaceful atmosphere.

Our apartment features a harmonious, open floor plan:

Everything is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. Natural materials and warm colors create a cozy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave.

The modern bathroom features an accessible shower, and the bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a DAB+ radio provide entertainment and comfort.

The neighboring building houses the wellness area with three saunas, a beautiful relaxation area, and a small fitness room. A mini-golf course awaits you right next to the house on the swimming and sunbathing lawn. Bicycles can be rented nearby—and delivered to the apartment upon request.
