The Neptunea apartment is located in the Unterland neighborhood at Friesenstraße 92 (the “Wendeltreppe” building) and is therefore very close to the South Beach. It is a two-room vacation apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room, and terrace.

The apartment features high-quality furnishings, a desk, and a safe, as well as free Wi-Fi access.

Kitchen: a brand-new kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances, a separate built-in microwave and a separate built-in oven (both at eye level), an induction cooktop, and a dishwasher.
Towels and washcloths are included.

Living Room: High-quality couch with built-in ottoman, 55-inch TV with Blu-ray/DVD player, soundbar, and separate stereo system.

Bedroom: comfortably furnished with a double bed and gel mattress topper, 55 TV.
Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer.
Towels are provided and included in the price.

Patio with patio furniture.
- The patio is accessible from the kitchen.

Accommodates up to 2 people (an additional toddler is possible)

Location within the building: First floor, barrier-free access via the kitchen.

Location: Centrally located in the Unterland region.

The apartment is equipped with a variety of board games, DVDs & Blu-rays, music CDs, and books for your entertainment.

For those who prefer to cook for themselves, there is a comprehensive selection of pots, pans, baking dishes, baking accessories, bowls, dishes, glasses, etc.

If needed, you can use the household appliances available in the apartment, such as an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, and cordless vacuum.

Out of consideration for people with allergies and children, this is a non-smoking apartment, and pets (dogs, etc.) are not permitted.

Overnight rates do not include the visitor’s tax for the guest card.

Luggage:
Upon arrival and departure, you can have your luggage transported from the ship to the apartment by EMT or Helgoland-Service, and from the apartment to the ship upon departure.



Check-in is available from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
