Landliebe Rheinhessen - complete vacation apartment with pool in the countryside

Enjoy this quiet and stylish apartment in the basement of a single-family home.

The apartment is approximately 60 square meters in size and has its own entrance with a paved patio in the garden. The outdoor pool is available from about mid-May to mid-September, depending on the weather. A grill is also provided in the garden. You’ll find free parking in the driveway or directly in front of the house.

The main room serves as a combination living room, dining room, and bedroom, featuring a pull-out couch (sleeping area approx. 1.40 x 2 m) and a TV. This room features a large patio door that opens wide and a glass entry door, through which you can also enter the apartment from the garden side. Through a door, you’ll pass through a small hallway into the bedroom with a double bed (approx. 1.80 x 2 m) and a TV, as well as into the kitchen and the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a large refrigerator, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. In addition to dishes, glasses, and other kitchenware, you’ll find a pod coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Of course, a hair dryer and a few towels are provided.

Access is through the main room. Outside the apartment, there is a small safe containing a key for the front door.

Bad Kreuznach – 12 km
Ingelheim – 15 km
Mainz - 30 km
Frankfurt am Main - 70 km

You’ll find a bakery that serves breakfast as well as light lunches about 1.5 to 2 km away.

The neighborhood is served by the Bingen city bus and a bus to Bad Kreuznach.

Leisure:
Bicycle paths through the Nahe Valley, the romantic Rhine Valley with its castles, the Rhine-Hessian hills, and the Selz Valley offer plenty of opportunities for leisure activities. Furthermore, hiking tours invite you to enjoy beautiful walks, which are also possible along the Rheinstieg, the Rheinburgenweg, in the Hunsrück, or simply in the area surrounding the house.

Depending on the season, various wine festivals also take place in our region.
