Vacation apartment Casa del Mar Tres with sauna, only 50 m to the sea in Koserow

Domicil Tres has 80 m² of living space and is a two-story building.

The Uno vacation rental is rated 3 DTV stars and features 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom with a sauna. Highlights include the fireplace and the large terrace, which invites you to relax.

When you enter the Domicil, walk past the staircase and through a door into the large living area. The central focal point is the wood-burning stove. Next to the stove, the living area begins with a long bench that runs along two walls all the way to the exterior. Here you can spend evenings that truly live up to their name, and you can wonderfully while away entire afternoons. Perhaps this is also because the living area features genuine cork flooring.

To the right, the room opens into the open-concept kitchen. The kitchen offers all kinds of appliances, such as a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, and a kettle. The kitchen counter flows into a dining table. When you sit here, you have a view of the kitchen, the fireplace, and the terrace.

The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, each furnished with a double bed. The first floor also houses the bathroom and sauna. The sauna is small but serves its purpose well: after a long walk in the cold, you can warm up here to your heart’s content.
