Denne smukke renoverede One Bedroom Loft Penthouse har et stort soveværelse ovenpå med en queen size seng, fladskærms-tv og et stereoanlæg med iPod adapter. Der er også en nice-mødet bar, som har en visning af downtown Cabo San Lucas. Også placeret på øverste etage er et stort badeværelse beklædt med marmor med en åben regnbruser og en stor fyldes op med Granit bordplade og marmor vask.

Det første niveau af denne penthouse byder køkkenet med en lille morgenmad bar færdig i granit. Køkkenet er komplet med alle de apparater, der er nødvendige for at forberede et måltid.

I stuen har en futon sovesofa, fladskærms TV / DVD-afspiller med satellit-feed leverer 200 kanaler. Der er også en cd-afspiller komplet med iPod-systemet.

Lomme døre fører fra stuen område til den udendørs terrasse gør det hele en stor plads, når de er åbnet. Terrassen har nice visninger af downtown Cabo med store solnedgange hver nat og har en gas grill med plads til 4 personer.

Great city, great place to stay.

Our stay was all we expected it to be. Such a great location, close to everything that we enjoy most about Cabo. We love the beach and it was an easy walk everyday then in the evening we would head downtown for finish off a perfect day.

Overall we enjoyed the stay

I did hit my head on the wall near the bed which was not pleasant. The unit was clean and quiet. The proximity to the beach was not bad. The hair dryer was not getting hot. Thank you for the beers!

Thanksgiving break

Overall the Marina Sol resort was comfortable, well maintained and well-managed. This unit was perfect for 2 people, although as others have noted, there can be a fair amount of street noise. The unit contained everything we needed for out stay - we cooked breakfast most days and there was a grill on the balcony, although we did not use it. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owner or the property managers. The location was convenient to walk to different restaurants for dinner and to walk to the beach and to the marina. We enjoyed a restful 5 days here.

Cabo

The condo was clean and centrally located to downtown Cabo. The location is right downtown by the Marina and had easy access to shopping, dining and Medano Beach. The condo is located on the top floor and the view overlooks a parking structure as well as some of the city, however we did not rent for the views. It was clean, and for the area very well priced. The staff were very polite and friendly. The pool was clean and the people working in the bar area were very friendly, providing excellent service. The condo itself is small but comfortable. The bedroom is located up a set of steep stairs, so this is not a good place for anyone unable to climb steps. Would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service and location

Easy access to beach, downtown and great restaurants. Wonderful staff and service add on options, like grocery stocking. Great spot if you are with family and friends and looking for a low key pool experience.

Great staff and location

Everyone at Marina Sol was so welcoming. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Quick walk to the Marina and downtown too.

Perfect

My husband and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. The condo was perfect for the two of us, walking distance to town, great restaurants and the beach. Also the staff at Marina Sol are wonderful and extremely helpful.

Great location, close to beach and marina

We were a couple travelling with our teenage son. This condo is in a perfectly central location, top floor, the only location downfall was that it faced the road so you could hear lots of road noise and the music from the bars downtown until 3am. We could walk to the beach or marina in a few minutes. The condo had everything we needed. The queen bed upstairs was comfy and the couch downstairs was good enough for a teenager to sleep on. It did not fold out but was long and wide... The kitchen was fully furnished with dishes for 4, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee filters, etc. Lots of extra towels and bedding was provided.

Nice unit, fabulously equiped, close to everything

I travel to Cabo at least once a year and have stayed at Marina Sol many times. This unit is wonderful. It is nicely furnished, recently remodeled and includes all of the niceties you'd hope to find like fast Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, iron, nice TV with Canadian cable, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels and a comfy bed. The owner even stocked the fridge with a 6-pack of beer and bottled water. Highly recommended, especially at the price. The balcony is nice and looks out toward town. Bear in mind that that means the downtown craziness can be heard but it's not really a concern inside the unit. Marina Sol itself is looking great; it is older but very well maintained. The pool area is fabulous, the restaurants are nice, the convenience store on site has all of the sundries, snacks and bevvies that you might need and all are very reasonably priced. And it's only steps away from Medano Beach, a short walk to town and the marina.

We loved the Loft Penthouse

My husband and I just got back from a week in Cabo and really enjoyed our stay in The Loft Penthouse at the beautiful Marina Sol Resort... wow what a great location! Resort was very friendly and the staff was excellent... thanks to Erick and Eva who did such a good job of looking after any needs we had. The walk to the beach was a breeze and we were generally back at the Resort for the daily happy hour at the poolside bar and grill (all drinks 2 for 1) and we had a lot of them : )

Great vacation

First time at Marina Sol

Really enjoyed my stay here. So different from where I normally stay - the 5 Stars on the beach. This was quiet, clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I loved that my friends could come and visit with me. No loud parties. I had a one bedroom loft suite. It was so nice to make my own smoothies for breakfast and have my fridge. Plus so close to everything! I walked to Medano and dt in less than 5 minutes. Chatted with people around the pool - everyone was friendly. Priced so well. Great location. Good internet.

Great complex, unit....hmmmmm

Stayed in this unit for 2 weeks in January 2016. Chose to stay at the Marina Sol complex due to the great location & amenities. Marina Sol has a great pool & restaurant down in middle of complex. Super security of the grounds & building, always felt safe. This specific unit is located on the outside of the building next to the mall parking lot & downtown area. Had issues with the noise levels at night coming from the nightclubs. Be aware the music could be heard up until 4:00 a.m. & makes it hard to sleep. Unit was good for a couple but would not suggest more than that. Unit not completely stocked upon arrival. Very minimal paper products supplied & only 1 washcloth upon arrival. Be prepared to purchase your own toilet paper, & paper towels. Water pressure in shower was really low. Unit could have been a lot cleaner. If you are looking for a rental you can spend some time in & really relax this one is probably not for you. If you never are in your room & sleep like a log it might work for you. If we stay at Marina Sol again we will definitely not stay in this rental again. Would look into another unit to stay at.

First time in the Loft Penthouse and it was great

we have stayed 2 previous times at Marina Sol in the larger 4 bedroom Penthouses but there was only 2 of us this time so we choose the Loft Penthouse . Very modern inside and had its own internet , satellite TV and a phone so we could make free calls back to Canada at no charge. Outside terrace over looks the City of Cabo and is very private as my wife was naked on the terrace some nights. LoL we would recommend anyone staying at Marina Sol to book thru Marina Sol Premier Properties as they have the best of the best rentals at the Resort. no need for a car as we walked everywhere and sometimes with a cold beer in hand !!!!!!

Perfect Getaway Accomodations

My wife and I really enjoyed the extra perks of this beautiful condo. Spacious living area with kitchen and loft bedroom upstairs made a comfortable vacation spot for us to feel at home in Cabo. We go to bed fairly early and had no issues with noise especially with the well designed pocket doors and windows. Great views of Cabo from our private terrace and the beach with all activities essentially right outside the doorsteps of the resort. If we come back to Cabo we will definitely be staying here or in another one of Marina Sol Premier Properties again!

Like family

Marina Sol Resort is such a beautiful, calm and relaxing place to stay. It has all of the resort offerings but it still feels like a local family environment. Raul at the front desk will have you feeling like his hermano right away - maybe the nicest person in Cabo! The receded balconies offer lots of privacy while you lounge outdoors and enjoy the views from your room. The hot tub, pool and food are excellent. It's only a two minute walk to the beach. I will definitely stay there when I go back!

Great Stay

So far so good! we have been here 2 nights now and really love it. It is in a great location and the room is neat and clean. The Marina Sol is really laid back with a great pool and poolside restaurant. The only negative is some party noise from downtown at night. We have now invested in some earplugs from the pharmacy in the mall and are sleeping well. Highly recommended if you like low key, close to town and beach, and very affordable.
