Mühlbach am Hochkönig is known for being family-friendly and is considered by vacationers to be one of the most beautiful ski and recreational areas in the Alps. The center of Mühlbach am Hochkönig is just a few steps away from the Almchalet am Hochkönig. You can easily walk to the bakery, butcher shop, and supermarket to do your shopping. And don’t forget the numerous restaurants serving the region’s outstanding local delicacies. It’s only 10 kilometers to Bischofshofen, the world-famous venue for the Four Hills Tournament. The nearest ski lift is just 1 kilometer away. The nearest ski bus stop is only 50 meters from the chalet. The Almchalet am Hochkönig is accessible by car year-round. There is ample parking directly in front of the chalet. Pets are welcome.

The Almchalet am Hochkönig is designed to provide peace and relaxation and to ensure our guests have a wonderful time. For this reason, out of consideration for others, we do not permit rowdy parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties.
