Welcome to our charming semi-detached home in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf! Enjoy a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and experience the tranquility and beauty of this unique location. Our vacation rental is located right on the canal and offers the perfect setting to escape the stress of everyday life. In just a 17-minute walk, you can reach the gorgeous Baltic Sea beach, where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and sea to the fullest. For families, the playground is just a 4-minute walk away, so even our youngest guests will have a great time.
Shopping options are conveniently located, so you can easily stock up on everything you need. And for those arriving by bike, a lockable storage container is available to securely store your bikes. Each of our vacation apartments has two parking spaces, so you don’t have to worry about parking.

A wallbox (please bring your own charging cable) is available on the property, allowing you to charge your electric car conveniently and reliably. There is a charge for charging (55 cents/kWh).

The spacious terrace with an adjoining lawn invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. And for the ultimate feel-good experience, we’ve set up a barrel sauna for you. After an active day on the Baltic Sea, enjoy the cozy warmth and let your mind wander.

With a generous 140 m² of living space on a spacious 1,000 m² lot, this newly built home is the epitome of luxury, style, and comfort. As soon as you step into this oasis, you’ll be struck by the ultra-modern, light-filled interior, which creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Air conditioning in every room ensures that you can always enjoy a comfortable temperature, regardless of the weather. The spacious living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. A large dining table that seats up to 8 people is perfect for shared meals and social gatherings. A cozy corner sofa and a flat-screen TV ensure entertaining evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a spacious dishwasher, oven, microwave, and an induction cooktop with a built-in range hood. Here, you can showcase your culinary skills and feel right at home. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious terrace, which is surrounded by a lovingly tended garden. Here you’ll also find an electric grill, perfect for relaxed outdoor barbecues. Sauna enthusiasts will love the barrel sauna, which promises pure relaxation after an eventful day. On the upper floor and in the studio under the roof, four wonderful bedrooms await you—three with cozy box-spring beds (1.60 m x 2 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m) —all lovingly designed to ensure you enjoy restful nights. Two bathrooms are available for your complete comfort. The spacious upper floor features a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious bathtub, and a double sink. On the first floor, you’ll find another bathroom with a shower for added convenience. Two convenient parking spaces are available for your vehicles. If you’d like to explore the region on two wheels, we offer the option to safely store and charge your bicycles and e-bikes in a modern container.

Please note that a security deposit of 200€ must be paid upon arrival, which will be refunded after departure.
