This very spacious 101-square-meter apartment accommodates up to 5 people and leaves nothing to be desired for your vacation. It features a large balcony with a magnificent view over the houses to the sea. The living area is furnished with a cozy, large upholstered seating area, a TV, and a mini stereo system. The dining area has been thoughtfully placed in the light-filled loggia, inviting you to enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen, which is also open to the living area and features a window, is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and more. Two of the three bedrooms each feature a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), while the third bedroom has a single bed (100 x 200). An additional TV is available in one of the larger bedrooms. You can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea from two of the bedrooms. In addition, guests have access to two elaborately tiled bathrooms, each with a shower or bathtub as well as a sink and toilet. Two designated parking spaces are available for your cars in the on-site underground garage. A particularly convenient feature: they are equipped with an electric charging station, allowing you to charge both of your vehicles one after the other. Payment is straightforward via a charging card from a major electricity provider or, alternatively, by credit card.
