With space for up to 8 guests, this cosy home is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway.The exterior of the house offers everything you need to enjoy the outdoors, including a terrace with a refreshing 7x3 metre chlorine pool (1.60 metres deep), surrounded by a paved area perfect for sunbathing. Two furnished porches provide a lovely setting for outdoor meals, which can be prepared on the barbecue. On the first floor, you'll find a second terrace overlooking the pool, complete with sun loungers. Finally, the third floor features another terrace with views over the village.




As you enter the beautiful interior, spread across three floors, you’ll find a spacious living room with a Smart TV and two sofas, along with the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction hob, blends seamlessly with the living and dining spaces. Completing this floor is the first bathroom, fitted with a hydromassage shower.Heading up to the first floor, you’re welcomed by a cosy sitting area with a sofa and Smart TV, which opens onto a terrace. From here, you have access to three bedrooms: two with double beds, and one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a hydromassage bathtub. An additional bathroom with a bathtub completes this level.On the top floor, you’ll find the final bedroom, furnished with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room opens directly onto the upper terrace.If you're travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available. For your comfort, all rooms are air-conditioned. A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Algaida is a charming Mallorcan village where tradition and rural tranquillity meet an excellent location. From here, it’s easy to reach the beautiful southern beaches, such as Cala Pi, Es Trenc, or Sa Ràpita — all less than 30 minutes away by car. You’ll also be close to local wineries and some of the finest gastronomic spots in the island’s interior. The amount varies between €0.55 per night per guest during the low season and €2.20 per night per guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay onward.Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with information about the mandatory general deposit payment. The deposit must be paid by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email.
