Spacious and modern holiday home on the edge of the golf course in Virpiniemi!
Welcome to enjoy your holiday in a completely renovated, 105 m2 end apartment in the Virpiniemi golf center! This magnificent terraced house apartment is located right on the edge of the golf green, so the game experience practically starts right from the back terrace. This is a place where the peace of nature and active outdoor activities combine perfectly. In winter, Virpiniemi operates as a competitive ski resort, so you don't have to just stay by the fireplace in winter either.
The apartment was built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2022, so it's like new! The high-quality interior and spacious rooms offer comfort and coziness to all holidaymakers. Downstairs, a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen await you, which has access to a glazed terrace. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun, relax in the outdoor whirlpool or cook delicious meals on the gas grill while admiring the beautiful scenery of the golf course. The apartment also has one bedroom with a large 200 cm wide double bed, as well as a bathroom and sauna, where you can enjoy a soothing steam bath.
Upstairs is a loft with six 80 cm wide beds, perfect for children or additional guests. Downstairs is also a dressing room that connects the kitchen, bathroom and downstairs bedroom and provides direct access to the terrace that runs the entire width of the apartment.
The apartment is only about 24 kilometers north of Oulu, and the golf center reception is only 350 meters away. In addition, the seaside is nearby, so you can easily go for walks and enjoy the fresh sea air.
