Apartment 151 is located on the first floor of a well-maintained vacation complex right on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in Sierksdorf and offers 60 m² of living space. Just 100 meters from the beach, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea from the apartment.

The layout of the apartment includes a total of three rooms, including two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a wide single bed (120 cm x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm and 90 cm x 190 cm). In addition, the living room has a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm), making the apartment suitable for up to 5 people.

In the living area, a sofa invites you to relax and unwind, while free Wi-Fi and a TV ensure you’ll be well entertained even when the weather is bad. The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and features a serving hatch leading to the dining table. The kitchen is practically equipped with a stove, oven, and microwave. The large dining table serves as the focal point for shared meals.

Your private, covered balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture and offers a sheltered outdoor space with sun protection—ideal for a relaxing start to the day or a social gathering in the evening to unwind after active days in the sea air. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just 100 meters away, so swimmers and sunbathers can easily enjoy the sea at any time.

The bathroom is practically equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet and is located inside the apartment.

The apartment is particularly well-suited for families with children: playgrounds as well as numerous recreational and sports activities such as table tennis, foosball, mini-golf, and soccer are available within the resort or in the immediate vicinity. Activities such as hiking, biking, Nordic walking, jogging, yoga, and Pilates can be enjoyed in the scenic surroundings. A nearby amusement park and a zoo also offer exciting excursions. From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bakery kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
