The living room
The apartment is in a very quiet location right next to the vineyards. It’s also perfect as a starting point for day trips. Discover the Rheinhessen wine region with its wonderful wine taverns and warm hospitality, as well as the numerous wine festivals and the charming state capital, Mainz.
You’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a dining/work area, free Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with natural light (shower, toilet), including hand soap and a hair dryer.

The beds are freshly made, and towels are provided.
The apartment features a new, comfortable kitchen with brand-name appliances, equipped with: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven with a built-in microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a kettle, a toaster, dish towels, dish soap, and a Senseo coffee maker.

The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering.
The apartment is ideal for solo travelers, business travelers, and couples.

Long-term rentals are available.

Additional important information
You also have the option to securely store your bicycles or similar items in our building. 
Many people suffer from allergies, which is why pets are not allowed. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking cigarettes, cannabis, or any other substances is not permitted in the apartment or building. The apartment’s floors are fully tiled.
A private, free parking space for your car is located right next to the house.
The apartment is located in the basement.

On-site fees: Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total booking price is due immediately upon completion of the booking. Please transfer the booking amount to the account we specify. We will provide you with this information via email or phone immediately after booking. The reservation becomes fully valid only after payment is received. The balance is due upon check-in cash, either upon arrival or in advance via bank transfer, with funds to be received no later than 7 days before arrival. You will receive the bank details from the property owner after booking. Card or credit card payments are not accepted. Cancellation Policy: For bookings canceled up to 14 days before the arrival date, the guest will receive a 100% refund of the accommodation fee or rental fee already paid. No booking fees will be charged to the guest. For bookings canceled less than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation price/rental price will be charged. This amount is to be paid by the guest. For bookings canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date, the guest will receive no refund. 100% of the accommodation price is due. This amount is to be paid by the guest. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.
