The Space:
This functional and efficiently designed 50 m² apartment is the perfect place for a comfortable stay for a family of up to four. The bright and inviting interiors were designed with comfort and relaxation in mind after a busy day. Upon entering, guests will find themselves in a cozy hallway that leads to all rooms in the apartment. The heart of the house is a spacious living room with a kitchenette, providing the perfect place to spend time together. The living room features two comfortable, non-foldable sofas – perfect for relaxing and spending time together in front of the TV with a wide selection of cable channels. The living room opens onto a charming, furnished balcony, which is a perfect place for morning coffee or an evening meal al fresco, admiring the surroundings. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for easy meal preparation. Guests have access to a refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove with a steam extractor, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle. The spacious dining table invites guests to share meals and family conversations. A separate bedroom, a true oasis of peace, provides a comfortable sleep for two in a comfortable queen-size bed. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a busy day. The minimalist bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine, making it a great convenience for longer stays. Additional amenities, such as a standing clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board, make the apartment fully prepared for longer stays. For guests' safety, the apartment is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.
