Street parking is shared. Pets are allowed under certain conditions and available for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. You are only 35 minutes from Bordeaux and 10 minutes from the renowned Saint-Émilion.



The house is designed in a loft style: the living area is open, with no closed bedroom, and the sofa bed is on the ground floor. The mezzanine is not included in the rental.



The pool is open and available from May 15.
