The historic three-storey vacation home boasts a high-quality Nordic-style interior in large and bright rooms.



The Space:

In the living/dining room area on the first floor, you will find a large dining table with plenty of space to sit together. You also have a sofa and an adjustable leather armchair to spend cozy evenings in front of the panoramic glass fireplace and/or the large Smart TV, for example. The room lighting can be color-controlled and offers an exclusive ambience.



Access to the wind-protected, south-facing outdoor lounge with sun awning is also accessible via the living area and invites you to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.



The fully equipped kitchen offers space for cooking together and sitting on the upholstered leather seating area with a view of the garden.



The first floor impresses with its high wooden beamed ceiling, light oak floorboards and a beautiful combination of antique and modern furnishings.



There are three bedrooms in the vacation home. Two bedrooms on the first floor are identically furnished with a 1.8 m wide king-size bed. One of them has a large Smart TV. The third bedroom is located on the top floor of the house and offers a very cozy atmosphere with three single beds under the wooden gable. A small anteroom offers a cozy wing chair for reading and relaxing. The beds are equipped with slatted frames, cold foam toppers, various comforters and pillows (down and silk). The bedrooms have blackout blinds. 1 baby crib is available free of charge.



There is a large bathroom on the 1st floor with a bathtub and WC, as well as a shower room and an extra guest WC on the first floor.



In the cellar you will find Washing machine, dryer, extra fridge-freezer, ironing board, iron, 1 high chair for small children, 1 baby high chair, 1 baby/travel cot, baby bath.



Another highlight is the spacious and idyllic garden of approx. 400 square meters with fruit and walnut trees, as well as currant and gooseberry bushes and many birds. There is a beach chair and garden benches for relaxing and for children there is a playhouse on stilts with a covered sandpit, a swing and plenty of grass to play on.



The vacation home also has a driveway with space for two cars and a garden shed with storage space for bicycles, water sports and beach equipment, for example. An electric barbecue, garden furniture and cushions are available there.



The Neighborhood:

The Ostseehaus Heisterbusch is in an absolutely quiet location towards the end of a cul-de-sac. The approx. 500m long path to the beach leads over a traffic-calmed and child-friendly 20 meter pedestrian zone. Shopping facilities, bakeries, restaurants, bistros are within walking distance.



The Baltic seaside resort of Kellenhusen with its beautiful beach and pier is located in the Bay of Lübeck and is surrounded by a large wooded area. In the immediate vicinity there are farms and riding stables, an indoor and outdoor seawater swimming pool on the beach promenade, hiking and cycling trails through forests, meadows and fields, the Cismar monastery and the Dahmeshöved lighthouse. Grömitz can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. Furthermore: Zoo Arche Noah, 10 km, Golfclub Ostseebad Grömitz,

11 km, HANSAPARK Sierksdorf, 39 km, Lübeck, 59 km.
