Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground parking garage (185 cm clearance height) and reach your apartment comfortably by elevator.

On floors 1 through 4, there are a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for shared use.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! This is a non-smoking apartment.

Additional amenities:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1–4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
